To say the least, I am very disappointed. I purchased a new GMC Terrain from you folks in early February. Part of the purchase price included installation of a trailer hitch and wiring harness. I was told that the hitch was on back order, and was finally notified that the hitch was atvthe dealership in early July, but the wiring harness was not yet available. Finally, I got an appointment to have installation completed on August 25th. After an hour drive and another hour plus waiting at the dealership, I was told that at least one part was not available. Now, I'm waiting AGAIN for a part to arrive. I need this taken care of before September 10th as we need the trailer hitch and wiring harness installed on the vehicle so we can take a previously scheduled trip.
