It was good but I didn't get my tire and tire sensor battery replacement quote. Tire sensor alert came back on, on the way home.

I had my vehicle service there since I bought it May 2023 . The last few service it' has been a question about the service plan. Know one can same to find it why it's service was preform each time at the same place. I have a copy of the plan on a flash drive.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue with my vehicle. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or services. They addressed the actual problem, explained what was needed, and got the job done right. I recommend them and will be returning for future service.

I dropped my truck off twice for repair on my AC. I made appointments both times. First time, they said I was out of freon, so they filled it and said it was fixed. Charged me close to $700. The AC stopped working on my way home from dealership. I called the following day and the quickest they could see me was the following week. Took truck on scheduled day and dropped it off. Three days later they still had not looked at my truck. I picked it up and took it to another shop and truck was fixed the next day. It was so frustrating being without AC for 3 weeks and then another shop fixes it the same day I drop it off. I will not use Lugoff dealership ever again. Greg Daniels
