    Scheduling an appointment is challenging. Online site allows you to enter information but there is no confirmation of appointment or feedback/call from dealership. Scheduling by phone requires multiple time consuming phone calls. Once you get an appointment and arrive it goes ok. The track your vehicle is only as good as the person inputting information so for me it stopped at tech was inspecting.
